INGREDIENTS: fish oil, borage oil, beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, DL-alpha-tocopherol.
Ingredients in the recommended daily dose (2 capsules):
- eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540 mg **,
- gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 48 mg **,
- vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol) 3 mg - 25% *.

Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules daily with a meal in the morning and evening. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
Warning: People using acenocoumarol or warfarin based anticoagulants should consult a doctor before using them. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor before use. The supplement should not be used in patients with epilepsy, with damage to the temporal lobe and treated with drugs from the phenothiazines group.
